Timothy Peyton MSc(PM) BSc (Hons) PM is an accomplished Portfolio and Programme Manager with a longstanding commitment to Project Management and Leadership education. He is currently progressing a DBA at the Edinburgh Business School.

Tim was part of PwC Ireland’s Portfolio and Programme Management team. Through his work Tim has been involved in a wide range of sectors from Finance and Regulatory Affairs to Public Body and Healthcare, delivering large-scale transformational projects including; Organisational Design and Implementation, Large Scale Change Initiatives, Regulatory Investigation among others.

He currently works as a Senior Manager in Eli Lilly and Company, and also teaches at Griffith College Limerick in the MBA program.

Tim holds a MSc in Project Management from Michael Smurfit Business School, Dublin, and is PRINCE2 accredited. He currently delivers the Project Management and Leadership Modules of Edinburgh Business School’s MBA Program.

Dr J.W. Rodney Peyton OBE is an accomplished general surgeon, consultant trauma surgeon, author and trainer with a longstanding commitment to surgical education and a proven track record of pro-activity in developing and implementing both clinical and training initiatives.

He has developed and implemented training programs and education strategies in dozens of countries on every continent.

A founder member of the Expert Witness Institute, he is an acknowledged medico-legal expert in the fields of medical negligence and personal injury, including road traffic accidents and work related injuries.

Todd Hutchison is an international bestselling author, global business consultant, and a behavioural and project management specialist. He leads the global company Peopleistic, and works with the Balfour Meagher law firm located in Perth, Western Australia.

Dr Ian Rouse has a diverse career working in, and contributing to, knowledge in both the Higher Education and the Health Industry. He has a passion for Education, Global Health and empowerment of all people, together with expertise in leadership and management, information management and cultural diversity.  This has led him to make contributions to many organisations in Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region.

He is currently a private consultant and the Director of the Health and Education Sectors in the global Peopleistic group. Ian holds adjunct Professor roles at both Monash University and Federation University in Melbourne.

He was the former Dean of the Fiji School of Medicine, Executive Dean of Victoria University’s Division of Health, Engineering and Science, Head of Public Health of Curtin University’s Division of Health Sciences, and the General Manager of the WA Health Department’s Health Information Centre. Ian has a broad knowledge of epidemiology and public health, medical information planning and management, digital health and health research and the use of information for monitoring and evaluation.

He has a BSc(Hons) in Biochemistry and a PhD in Epidemiology and was a post-doctoral fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health and Harvard Medical School.

He has also held other senior management roles including Acting Vice Chancellor of the Fiji National University, Chief Information Officer at Curtin University, Chairman of the multi-awarded Sports-Challenge organisation and Chairman of the Fiji White Ribbon Safe Motherhood organisation.  Dr Rouse has a wide range of leadership, management and interpersonal skills developed in senior management roles in information, analysis and research organisations, tertiary institutions, NGO’s and government departments.
