Training

The International Institute of Medical Project Management offers both face-to-face, eLearning and blended educational solutions.

The Institute offers the following four  core programs through its training providers:

1-day    Healthcare Project Management Essentials 

This non-accredited course is focused at providing an awareness of Medical Project Management.

2-day    Agile Scrum Healthcare Project Management

This course is focused at team member and scrum master level with introductory knowledge about applying an agile scrum method to healthcare environments.

This leads to the Medical Scrum Master™ (MSM) certification, and can prepare a gradate for the Srcum.org’s Professional Scrum Master examination and certification.

Graduates of this program may choose to optionally sit for the Srum.org certifciation that is done independantly to the Institute.

3-day    Applied Healthcare Project Management

This course is focused at team member level with introductory knowledge about Medical Project Management.

This leads to the Medical Project Associate™ (MPA) certification, and with workplace evidence as a team member can lead to a internationally-recognised Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.

Graduates of this program that undertake the workplace evidence can have the option of gaining the internationally-recognised Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.

5-day    Manage Healthcare Projects

This course is focused at project manager level about Medical Project Management and leadership knowledge.

This leads to the Medical Project Manager™ (MPM) certification, and with workplace evidence as a team member can lead to a internationally-recognised Diploma of Project Management.

This course is a 2-day extension to the Applied Health Project Management course.

Graduates of this program that undertake the workplace evidence can have the option of gaining the internationally-recognised Diploma of Project Management.
